3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized use.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing times vary between 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. Balance by Nena is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@balancebynena.com for assistance
